Tacoma Youth Symphony (TYS)
The Tacoma Youth Symphony is the premier performance orchestra of the Tacoma Youth Symphony Association. Conducted by our Music Director, Dr. Paul-Elliott Cobbs, this nationally renowned orchestra performs three professional repertoire concerts annually in the historic Rialto Theater in downtown Tacoma. Numerous additional performances provide further opportunities for Puget Sound audiences to enjoy this orchestra, including Education Concerts for elementary school audiences and the popular Costume Concert featuring music from the big screen.
Please direct all schedule and emergency absence information to your studio manager and not the TYSA office. Absences must have a completed Request Form turned in.
