Evergreen Music Festival Registration

To attend the Evergreen Music Festival, please register below!

Registration Instructions

Step 1

Please carefully read through the instructions on this page, then complete and submit the online EMF registration form below.

Step 2

Pay your non-refundable deposit or full payment in order to secure your place. You can pay online (click here to go to our payment page) or by mailing in a check to the TYSA office. Checks may be mailed to 901 Broadway, Ste 500, Tacoma, WA 98402.

Session Information


EMF Session 1

July 22 – July 26, 2024 • Pacific Lutheran University

Musicians meet for daily classes, rehearsals, music theory, recreation time, and instrument-specific coaching sessions. The program is designed for string, woodwind, brass, and percussion musicians entering grades 2-8 in the upcoming school year. Musicians are encouraged to have a minimum of one (1) year of experience on their instrument. 

Tuition

Deposit: $125
Early Bird tuition: $415 (please submit deposit by May 15)
Standard tuition: $465
Balance is due by July 1.

Facilities

Session 1 will be held at Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, Washington.

EMF Session 2

July 14 – July 20, 2024 • Central Washington University

Musicians entering grade 9 and above (through age 21) in the upcoming academic school year are invited to join us for Session 2. Musical studies include chamber music, orchestra rehearsals, masterclasses, coaching sessions by artists-in-residence, music theory classes, practice time, and daily concerts consisting of faculty and student recitals. Session 2 will be an overnight camp held at Central Washington University’s beautiful Music Department venues, including air-conditioned dorms.

Tuition

Deposit: $250
Early Bird tuition: $1,315 (please submit deposit by May 15)
Standard tuition: $1,415
Balance is due by July 1.

Please note that tuition for Session 2 is non-refundable after July 1.

Session 2 will be held at Central Washington University in Ellensburg, Washington.
