Jeff Chang is the director of bands at Decatur High School in the Federal Way Public Schools. He holds an MM degree in Jazz Saxophone Performance from the New England Conservatory. Additionally, he has a BA in Saxophone Performance from Cal State Hayward University. Currently, Jeff serves as the jazz clinician at Birch Bay Band Workshop and is also the WMEA Jazz curriculum officer. Jeff performs regularly around the great PNW as a saxophonist. He enjoys food and long-distance running.
