Kai Hirayama is a New York-based clarinetist and educator. Before moving to the east coast, he was active in his native Seattle area as a musician with the Lake Union and Bainbridge Island Symphony Orchestras, Ballet Bellevue, and Seattle Rock Orchestra, as well as being a frequent guest artist for the Seattle Symphony’s “Tiny Tots” family concert series.
